Common Questions
Answers to some of your most frequently asked questions.
The benefits of having a mentor or sponsor are yours for the taking! The right individual can give you perspective, insight, and even help you land more opportunities. In most cases, applying the strategies you’ll learn inside this eCourse will help you find a career catalyst who will help you gain critical skills, navigate through challenges at work, and act as a sounding board when you’re at a crossroads in your career. They can also help you help facilitate activates and connections for your future mobility.
No matter the industry you work in or stage that you’re at in your career, this course is for anyone who wants to learn how to effectively prepare for a sponsorship relationship, identify potential mentors and sponsors they can work with, and how to reach out and maintain a relationship with the career catalyst.
Once you enroll in this eCourse, you’ll have lifetime access. You can log in and access the material as many times as you’d like.
We estimate that it will take the average individual a total of 6 hours to work their way through the entire course from start to finish. However, the course is broken down into four main units, so you could literally start implementing the new skills you learn that very same day.
A computer or mobile device connected to WiFi… That’s it! Having a piece of paper and a pen nearby to jot down notes would also be helpful but is not required.
The reason I always refer back to impact and influence is that I’ve learned through many different experiences that not all women want to go up. A lot of women are very happy in their current job but want to make a more meaningful impact in their existing role, community or industry as a whole.
