About the Course

The importance of making time to daydream

There’s no better time than now to begin exploring your vision, your future, and your daydreams! In this online discussion, I sat down with Holly Baumgartl Kristoff, Founder of Daydream Design Co., to discuss the four key questions to ask yourself if you want to kickstart your daydreams.

Your Vision, Your Future & Your Daydreams include fantastic exercises designed to help you align your thoughts and attention to meaningful interactions & opportunities. You’ll learn how to leverage the power of daydreaming and vision boards.

As the famous Maya Angelou once said, Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it.”

Meet Holly!

Hey, I’m Holly, and I’m so glad you’re here! I started graphic design way back in the #myspace days, and since then, I have fallen in love with the world of freelancing. In my day-to-day life, you can find me diving into the world of design, being the best dog mom to my Boston terrier Skye and my pug Luna, or browsing the isles of Target with coffee in hand. Your Vision, Your Future & Your Daydreams

A vision board can help you clarify, maintain, and concentrate on your goals and dreams. To help you get started, ask yourself these 13 questions.

  1. What has been drawing my attention?
  2. What have I hoped to do by now in my life?
  3. What have I put off that I now want to prioritize?
  4. What do I dream about often?
  5. What will I do a bit differently now?
  6. What do I feel is holding me back?
  7. What needs to change to make time or room for these new activities?
  8. What do I need to know more about before I start?
  9. Who can help me get started?
  10. What do I do now to motivate myself?
  11. What can I add to my schedule now to motivate myself?
  12. Who is already doing what I aspire to do?
  13. Can I connect with people already striving toward my vision?
