Meditative Drawing has many benefits! It helps express creativity, release uncomfortable emotions, quiet raging thoughts, improve mental well-being, lower stress levels, create a ‘happier brain’, and allow people to tell their own stories through meditative drawing, paper crafts, and art journaling.

As an artist, designer, and paper engineer, Jean has leveraged her own journey of healing from PTSD after an alcoholic partner to help others. She is the creator of the 8-session online course ‘Meditative Drawing’, which gives individuals a fun, creative process to ‘change state’, and let go of uncomfortable emotions like anxiety, anger, or grief.

Join me and Jean Kropper, an internationally published author of three books (which together have sold over 30,000 copies)! She has taught purpose-driven art workshops for over 25 years in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Her workshops in meditative drawing make mindfulness accessible to a wide audience.
