Lisa King is a certified Yoga teacher, Menopause Doula, and Menopause Movement Specialist focused on Women's Health with the goal of helping women thrive through their menopause transition. Her work consists of teaching private and small group yoga classes in person and online. She also supports women in feeling better prepared, stronger, and more confident during each phase from perimenopause to post-menopause with one on one coaching, small group Women's Circles and workshops to help.
