JJ DiGeronimo is an author for women, keynote speaker and spiritual advisor. With three award-winning books, JJ has dedicated her career to guiding women through life transitions and helping them maximize their desired impact. JJ combines research, personal insights, experiences, and friends to create transformative experiences. Her work focuses on awakening women to their full potential, empowering them to navigate life’s twists and turns with a blend of practical strategies and holistic wisdom, making her retreats and speaking engagements both inspiring and actionable.

Aneta Kuzma

A former bank executive turned spiritual entrepreneur whose burnout triggered an awakening to redefine success, and built a wellness coaching and consulting business that helps professionals and entrepreneurs create lives they love. Her background in mindful leadership, wellness programs, practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and personal development allows her to help participants redefine success, reduce stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and design lives of purpose, passion, and peace.

As a passionate Menopause Doula and Women’s Wellness Coach, Lisa draws from her personal experience with menopause and expertise in mind-body practices, including certified Menopause Movement and Yoga. She empowers women with personalized plans, incorporating movement, self-care practices, and lifestyle adjustments to help them thrive during menopause and beyond.

Luna Hart

With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, Luna specializes in helping women find natural solutions to hormonal imbalances. Her expertise in functional lab testing, fertility awareness, somatic experiencing, and intuition allows her to uncover answers to unresolved health issues and guide women towards the “HeART” of their health and happiness.

Nicole Hills

Nicole has studied and practiced a diverse collection of yoga methodologies over the past 22 years. She has received multiple teaching certifications rooted in the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Power Vinyasa Yoga. Nicole has also had several years experience practicing the Bikram Yoga Series and has additionally participated in many White Tantra Meditations. Her most influential teachers are Aadil Palkhivala, Tias Little and Deva Kaur.

Kalea Bay is located on the last waterfront property in North Naples on the Gulf of Mexico.

The nearest major airport is RSW – Fort Myers, which is approximately 24 miles away from Kalea Bay.  FLL – Fort Lauderdale is 120 miles and Orlando 200 miles. Uber/Lyft are very available, along with Taxis and Rental Cars.

No, you can drive in each day or rent a cottage at Kalea Bay or stay at the many beautiful places in and around Naples, Florida.

It is still considered Off-Season so the rates are nice and flights are reasonable.

There are a 4 onsite cottages that Kalea Bay has set aside to August 19. They will go fast so be sure to grab one if you are interested.

To book a room, attendees should call 239-307-1900 and reference the room block for the Wellness Retreat.

Yes, the retreat is designed to support women at various stages of midlife, including perimenopause and menopause. The program includes time for open discussion and community time too.

The retreat will feature educational workshops, mind-body practices (such as yoga and meditation), and group discussions, and you can even schedule one-on-one time. There will also be opportunities for relaxation, swimming, walking, reflection, and connection with other participants.
Yes, the retreat organizers understand the importance of ongoing support. Participants will have access to pre- and post-calls to help them integrate the knowledge and tools gained during the retreat into their daily lives. You are also welcome to schedule 1:1 time with Lisa, Luna, Nicole, or Aneta to create an individualized plan for you.

We recommend bringing the following items to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience:

  1. Comfortable clothing for movement sessions and relaxation
  2. Workout clothes if you want to use the gym or saunas
  3. Yoga mat, towel or blanket for the sound bowls and stretching exercises
  4. Swimwear and sunscreen (for pool and outdoor activities)
  5. A dinner outfit for Friday
  6. A light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings
  7. Any personal toiletries and medications you may need
  8. A reusable water bottle
  9. Comfortable walking shoes for outdoor activities
  10. An excitement to explore and connect with new people and information

 

Please note, the pool towels will be provided by Kalea Bay. We encourage you to pack light and bring only what you need to feel comfortable and focused during our time together.

Yes, meals are included in the retreat price. Your retreat package includes:

  1. Breakfast on both Friday and Saturday mornings
  2. Lunch on both Friday and Saturday
  3. Dinner on Friday evening
  4. Light appetizers at the Thursday evening kickoff
  5. Snacks during breaks

The delicious, healthy and inviting meals will be served from Kalea Bay’s restaurants.

Our menu is designed to provide nourishing, healthy, build-your own options that support your wellness journey during the retreat.

Our dinner Friday is hosted by The Club at Moraya Bay. The team at Kalea will be transporting us via their shuttles from the front dedicated times with pickup at the porte-cochere of The Club at Kalea Bay. If you plan to arrive late or leave early, you can easily call an Uber as it is just a short ride.

Guests can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sunset around 7pm.
 

Please note that any additional snacks or drinks outside of the scheduled meals and breaks are not included in the retreat price.

If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

The add-on night out at Mercato on Saturday evening is not part of the retreat and a pay your own way night. We hope you will consider staying to join us for a night out

We will celebrate your arrival with a Thursday Night Welcome Toast, offering a choice of champagne or white wine. At the Welcome Gather and Friday night dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase beverages of your choice with a credit card.

Please note that responsible consumption is expected, and we prioritize creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Yes, we offer flexibility for participants who wish to arrive early or extend their stay at Kalea Bay. Here are the details:

Arriving Early:

  • You’re welcome to arrive on Thursday. The cottages and hotel rooms will be available based on your reservation.

 

Staying Late:

  • The retreat officially ends on Saturday, after the afternoon session.
  • You have the option to join us for a night out in Naples on Saturday evening (not included in the retreat price).
  • Check-out time is based on your lodging reservations.
  • If you’d like to extend your stay beyond Sunday, please arrange hotel rooms outside of Kalea Bay.

Please note, the Kalea Bay Cottages are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.

Please note that while you’re welcome to arrive early or stay late, the organized retreat activities will only take place during the scheduled times from Thursday evening to Saturday afternoon.

 

Your safety is our top priority. In the event that a hurricane warning is forecast to impact our retreat location during the scheduled dates, we will cancel the retreat. All registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

HURRICANE WATCH:  A hurricane may strike our area within 48 hours.

HURRICANE WARNING: A hurricane may strike within 36 hours.

We closely monitor weather conditions and will communicate any changes or decisions as early as possible. We recommend that all participants consider refundable travel.

Retreat Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel before 60 day: Refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel before 30 days: Refund minus a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel within 14 days: No Refund. However, you can transfer your seat to another person, or if there is a waitlist or shift or gift your seat to a girlfriend.

This is the cancellation policy for the retreat only. Lodging and travel are dependent on your reservations. 

If a teacher or facilitator advertised for a retreat is unable to teach due to reasons outside our control, we reserve the right to replace them with another teacher or facilitator.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or refundable flights with these crazy weather patterns.

When you register you are agreeing to the following terms:

Photography

We will be taking photographs during retreats for our social pages and promotional materials for future retreats. We encourage you to take photos to and tag the retreat leaders, Kalea Bay and Maraya Bay. If you are sensitive about this, please email JJ at [email protected] before you arrive.

Our Responsibility

We are responsible for providing the services listed on this page, which are within our control. Together We Seek Retreats, part of  Tech Savvy Women will work to rectify any problems as soon as we are notified and possibly correct them. We reserve the right to make such changes as may be necessary based on weather or other circumstances. Furthermore, it is agreed by you that the property owners/operators of the retreat/s are not the guardians of any customers’ safety. They, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence that might result in illness, injury, death, or other damage, loss, or theft to the customer, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. The liability of Together We Seek Retreats, part of  Tech Savvy Women is limited to the total booking price, irrespective of the title/claim.

Personal Belongings

Any valuables left at the property are the guests’ sole responsibility and neither Together We Seek Retreats nor the property staff can be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal property. On your last day, please ensure you have packed all personal belongings safely before leaving the Retreat. Any items forgotten or lost will not be the responsibility of the Together We Seek Retreats or the property to recover and return to you.

Liability/Your Health:

All exercise and any other retreat activities are undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically, mentally, and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in any of our retreat activities, including yoga, walking, and periods of silence. Together We Seek Retreats, part of Tech Savvy Women, the property and/or the retreat leaders are not liable for any injuries you may contract during a retreat. If you have any health conditions, including mental health conditions, you will need to inform Together We Seek Retreat leader JJ DiGeronimo. Also- please note: Limited alcohol, one glass, is provided as part of the retreat for the opening evening. You may purchase additional alcohol at your discretion on Thursday evening and throughout the retreat.

Weather Conditions

Weather conditions in Florida can be unpredictable and change quickly and significantly. Together We Seek Retreats, part of Tech Savvy Women, the property, and/or the retreat leaders cannot be held liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions, and no refunds are made for such conditions unless an official hurricane warning is issued for Collier CountyA Retreat program fee is refundable if an official hurricane warning is issued for Collier County.

Force Majeure

This means any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include but are not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, unavoidable technical problems with the property, transport, or closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding, and adverse weather conditions. In the event of any of the above refunds or compensation payments cannot be made.
